Now that Guiness 9 Ball Tour Championship in Grand Hyatt, Nusa Dua, in Denpasar is over,focus is on the A Mild Billiard College League. Qualification will be held until Tuesday (4/9), and the Final will be done on 6-7 September. The winner of this final directly will play in Jakarta on 8 September 2007.
As the Organiser of Event, Wahyu Adi W., and Director of Tournament, Ngurah Suyadnya indicated”, the quota of Bali’s Athlete in the National championship is only one athlete, so only the winner (1st place) can go on to Jakarta. The problem is, in National level Final the number of athletes has been reduced to 16 from 32 as was the number last year leading to limited opportunities for Balinese athletes.
Bali has many good players, the last year, Irwan Limardi, successed as runner up in National level. But this year, he is absent, because he’s too busy in his campus. For awhile, the athlets who will be involved in this event are Sanyu, Bayu Juanda (LP3I), Kusuma, Gus Man (Undiknas), Made Wiguna (Unud), Andi Jafar (Unwar), and Yohannes (Stikom). Who will be a winner, Suyadnya said,” They have a similar quality and skill”.
