JUNIOR BEACH RUGBY LEAGUE // Wed, 23 Nov 11
Next door to the Beach Cricket,the action was in the Beach Rugby League.
Played on a smaller field with 5 players per side,the action is fast and fun,and because players are running 30% slower because of the sand,injuries are reduced.
In the U12 RL league,the young boys threw themselves into the fray with enthusiasm and skill belying there tender age,well supported by their parents on the sideline ,and with Biosystem’s Mark Campbell’s running the bar & BBQ like a pro..
In the Colts,the 4 Bali Rugby clubs did battle ,with the young French Roosters coming out on top,followed by the young Balinese guns from the Tegalalang Tigers,rounding with the Sanur’s own East Coast Storm and finally the union boys from Canggu Chilli’s.
